National IBD Clinical Care Pathways Working Group
IBD Clinical Care Pathways were developed by a group of multidisciplinary experts across Canada. A National IBD Clinical Care Pathways working group was convened to guide and oversee the prioritization, review and renewal of the IBD clinical care pathways. Working group members consisted of IBD specialists, other healthcare providers and patient partners.
Current working group members include members of the IBD Clinical Care Pathways Advisory group & IBD Clinical Care Pathways Reviewers.
